MILLSTONE — The Millstone Township Foundation for Educational Excellence will be hosting its third annual “Family Movie Day” on Nov. 17.
The event will be held at the Millstone Township Performing Arts Center at 5 Dawson Court.
MTFEE is a nonprofit organization devoted to funding grants for items that nurture extraordinary educational experiences for every student in Millstone Township Public Schools.
Pre-movie children’s activities including carnival games, crafts, face painting and tattoos are planned to begin at 1:00 p.m. The movie, “Monsters University,” will start at 2:30 p.m. A concession stand will be available for refreshments.
A $5 minimum donation per person is requested with advanced RSVP $6 at the door.
Donations will help provide grant funding for innovative and exciting classroom programs, educational opportunities for students, staff development and state-of-the-art teaching materials that are beyond the scope of the general school budget.
