263 Changebridge Road, Pine Brook, N.J., will sponsor a free wellness health fair on Tuesday, December 3, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Kessler professionals will host six health and wellness stations throughout the center and attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions, learn more about maintaining a healthy lifestyle and receive information on the following topics:
• Blood Pressure/Heart Rate/ Daily Minimum Cardio Impact
• Height and Weight Placement in BMI (Body Mass Index)
• Sitting and Standing Postural Assessments for Home and/or Work
• Flexibility Assessment/Stretching Exercises
• Balance and Fall Risk Assessment
• Diagnoses Symptoms/Mechanisms of Injury
