Allentown
   Police charged Laritza Maysonet, 33, of Trenton, for driving while suspended after a motor vehicle stop on Church Street at 6:10 p.m. On Nov. 1.
   The accused was released without bail.
   Nov. 10 police charged Sanal Badmagoryaer, 31, of Brooklyn, New York, for driving while suspended after a motor vehicle stop on North Main Street at 9:13 a.m.
   According to police, it was discovered the accused also have a $220 warrant out of Freehold Township for failure to appear.
   The accused was given a court date ant turned over to Freehold Township Police.
   Police charged Valerie M. Tufano, 26, of Allentown, for narcotics possession on Nov. 17.
   According to police, Ms. Tufano was a passenger in a vehicle, which was the subject of a motor vehicle stop on Church Street at 12:30 a.m, when she was found to be in possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.
   The driver, Jorel E. Montague, 27, of Bordentown, was also charged for diving while suspended.
   The pair was released without bail.
Robbinsville
   Police charged Arsen Yedigarov, 36, of Edison, for driving while intoxicated on Nov. 18.
   According to police, a car driven by the accused was seen traveling on Route 130 with a front view obstruction and an expired inspection sticker, prompting a motor vehicle stop.
   The accused was also charged with refusal to submit to breath testing, reckless driving, careless driving, being an unlicensed driver, being a suspended driver, failure to inspect and having a view obstruction.
   The accused was released without bail.
   Nov. 17 police charged Jilliam Furth 18, of Roebling, for underage driving while intoxicated and narcotics possession.
   According to police, a car driven by Ms. Furth was seen with a brake light out and a front review obstruction while traveling on Route 130, prompting a motor vehicle stop.
   An ensuing search of the vehicle revealed a small amount of marijuana in addition to a drug without a valid prescription, police said.
   Ms. Furth was also charged with careless driving, reckless driving, having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated with a minor in the vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.
   She was released without bail.
   Police charged Byron Sanchez, 23, of Hightstown, for driving while intoxicated on Nov. 17
   According to police, a car driven by Mr. Sanchez was seen failing to signal several lane changes on Route 130, prompting a motor vehicle stop.
   Upon arrest Mr. Sanchez was taken to police headquarters where it was learned he provided false information about his identity, police said.
   Mr. Sanchez was also charged with refusal to submit to breath testing, driving while suspended, being an unlicensed driver, careless driving, reckless driving, failure to signal lane change, hindering apprehension and obstructing the administration of justice.
   He was released without bail.
   Nov. 16 police charged Kristen McGrath, 18, of East Windsor, for driving while intoxicated.
   According to police, a motor vehicle stop was initiated after Ms. McGrath’s car was seen failing to signal a lane change on Route 130.
   Ms. McGrath was also charged for maintenance of lamps, failure to signal a lane change, failure to inspect, reckless driving and careless driving.
   She was released without bail.
   Police charged Ashley Miceli, 22, of Belmar, and Shawn Heiman, 23, Runnemede, for narcotics possession on Nov. 15.
   According to police, a car driven by Ms. Miceli traveling on I-195 without an inspection sticker, prompting a motor vehicle stop.
   An ensuing search of the vehicle revealed a small amount of heroin and hypodermic needles, police said.
   Ms. Miceli and Mr. Heiman were charged with possession of heroin, drug paraphernalia and hypodermic needles.
   Ms. Miceli was also charged with having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, having no inspection sticker and having front view obstruction.
   Mr. Heiman was also charged with failure to surrender a controlled dangerous substance.
   The pair was released without bail.
   Nov. 14 charged Justin Jennings, 18, of Hamilton, for narcotics possession.According to police, a car driven by Mr. Jennings was seen speeding on Route 130, prompting a motor vehicle stop.
   An ensuing search of the vehicle revealed a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, police said.
   Mr. Jennings was also charged with having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.
   He was released without bail.
   Police charged Jeffrey Skellern, 35, of Toms River, and Sarah Skellern, 36, of Point Pleasant, for narcotics possession on Nov. 13.
   According to police, a car driven by the accused was seen failing to signal a lane change on I-195, prompting a motor vehicle stop.
   An ensuing search of the vehicle revealed several bags of heroin, a small amount of cocaine and several drugs without a valid prescription.
   The pair was charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute and possession of heroin.
   Mr. Skellern was also charged with failure to signal a lane change and having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
   Ms. Skellern was also charged with possession of cocaine and possession of a drug without a valid prescription.
   The pair was released without bail.
