   Celebrate Jane Austen’s birthday at 2 p.m. at the Lawrence Headquarters Branch Library, 2751 Brunswick Pike, with an author talk, tea and scones, and singing. Deborah Yaffe, author of “Among the Janeites: A Journey Through the World of Jane Austen Fandom,” will speak about the obsession with everything Jane. The free informational session aims to help parents and students better understand what is involved in applying for college financial aid (FAFSA). The session will help answer questions about what is required to complete a financial aid application, when to submit applications, and are estimated or actual tax returns needed to complete the application.
