Allentown
   Police charged a 17-year-old female juvenile for narcotics possession on Dec. 3.
   According to police, the charges were made after a motor vehicle stop on Church Street at 6 p.m.
   The juvenile was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
   She was released without bail.
   Nov. 21 police charged Glen Peterson, 24, of Galloway, for driving while suspended.
   According to police, officers discovered Mr. Peterson was driving suspended after a motor vehicle stop on North Main Street at 3:08 p.m.
   Mr. Galloway was released without bail.
   Police arrested Joseph Oczkowski, 33, of Trenton, after it was discovered that he had a $283 warrant out of Hamilton Township.
   According to police, the warrant was revealed during a motor vehicle stop on Waker Avenue at 4:45 p.m.
   Mr. Oczkowski posted full bail and was released pending a court date, police said
Robbinsville
   Police charged Dawanda Harden, 32, of Burlington, for hindering apprehension and obstructing justice on Nov. 25.
   According to police, an officer checked the license plate of a car driven by Ms. Harden to discover its owner had a suspended license.
   During a subsequent motor vehicle stop in the area of West Manor Way, Ms. Harden provided false information regarding her identity, police said.
   She was also charged with being an unlicensed driver and having a front view obstruction.
   She was released without bail.
   Nov. 27 police charged Marco Cabrera, of Cranbury, 30, of East Windsor and Feliz Verd, 33, of Cranbury, narcotics possession.
   According to police, officers responded to a car crash near 223 Meadowbrook Road.
   An ensuing search revealed a small amount of cocaine, police said.
   Police did not report injuries as a result of the crash.
   Mr. Cabrera was also charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to breath testing, reckless driving, careless driving, having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, having an open container of alcohol and failing to maintain a lane.
   Both were released without bail.
   Police charged Adam Karch, 22, of Robbinsville, for driving while intoxicated and narcotics possession on Nov. 28.
   According to police, a car driven by Mr. Karch was seen driving without headlights on.
   An ensuing search of the car revealed a large amount of marijuana.
   He was also charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute over 50 grams, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of marijuana within 500 of a park, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, driving while intoxicated in a school zone, refusal to submit to breath testing, reckless driving and careless driving.
   Bail was set at $25,000 with no 10 percent option. Mr. Karch was subsequently transported to the Mercer County Workhouse.
   Nov. 29 police charged Samuel Lawson, 18, of Cream Ridge, for driving while intoxicated and narcotics possession.
   According to police, a car driven by Mr. Lawson was seen speeding on Route 130.
   An ensuing search of the car revealed a small amount of marijuana and drugs for which the accused had no prescription.
   Mr. Lawson was also charged with refusal to submit to breath testing, possession of marijuana, possession of prescription legend drugs, having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, reckless driving and careless driving.
   Mr. Lawson was released without bail.
