Gallery presents local students’ artwork

 “Christmas Cactus” “Christmas Cactus” The Red Horse Gallery in Freehold is hosting a new art show through Jan. 1. The exhibit features artwork created by students at Manalapan High School, with the assistance of art teacher Stephanie Kuhrt; photography by students at Neptune High School; and artwork by individuals served by The Arc of Monmouth’s Green Grove Achievement Center, under the guidance of Amy Fairchild. A “Meet the Artists” reception will be held on Dec. 17 from 5 to 7 p.m. The Red Horse Gallery is located on the second floor of the Freehold Raceway Mall and is operated as a program of The Arc of Monmouth. The gallery is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
