HILLSBOROUGH: High school clubs to show their stuff

Learn about the more than 25 clubs offered at Hillsborough High School at a club fair at the Hillsborough Library at 379 South Branch Road on Saturday, Jan. 4, from 1 to 3:30 p.m.
Students will talk about why they love their groups. The fair should interest current high school students wanting to branch out, and for intermediate and middle school students looking toward their future. Siblings are welcome to attend.
The clubbers promise fun activities, games and lots of prizes donated by Angelo’s, Applebee’s, EarthFruits Yogurt, Hillsborough Star Diner, Just Subs, Saladworks, Smoothie King, Stop & Shop and Super Sundaes.
Two children’s movies will be shown during the holiday break from school.
”Monsters University,” rated G and appropriate, will be shown Thursday, Dec. 26, at 2 p.m. It’s a fun look back at the relationship between Mike and Sulley during their days at Monsters University — when they weren’t necessarily the best of friends. 104 minutes long.
