LAWRENCE: Police blotter

   A 17-year-old Lawrence Township resident reported the theft of a pair of Nike sneakers, valued at $250, from his unlocked car while it was parked at the Quaker Bridge Mall between 3:50 p.m. and 9 p.m. Dec. 12.
   A copper grounding bar, valued at $3,000, was taken from inside a cell tower installation on Vinch Avenue between Nov. 11 and 10:31 a.m. Dec. 13. The thief cut the wires that secured the bar.
   A Magnavox television set, an Apple iPad, and a Sony Playstation console, valued at $1,240, and an undisclosed amount of cash, were stolen from a Princeton Pike residence between 7:15 a.m. and 3:50 p.m. Dec. 13. The victims returned home and discovered the door was open and that the house had been disturbed.
   Javon Washington, 20, of Ewing Township, was charged with taking $471 in cash from a cash register at the Toys ‘R Us store on Brunswick Pike over the course of several days between Nov. 24 and Dec. 7. He was a store employee.
   A 17-year-old Ewing Township girl who worked at Sears was charged with taking $495 in cash from the cash register on several occasions between Dec. 2 and Dec. 13.
   A 15-year-old Kentucky boy was charged with shoplifting a coat valued at $109 from J.C. Penney at 8:58 p.m. Dec. 13.
   A woman reported the theft of a Sephora shopping bag containing makeup, valued at $202, that she left behind at the Aeropostale store between 4:18 p.m. and 4:28 p.m. Dec. 14. The victim was returning merchandise to Aeropostale and took the Sephora bag out of a larger bag, and forgot to pick it up.
   A 17-year-old Trenton girl was charged with shoplifting assorted jewelry, valued at $154, from Lord & Taylor at 1:52 p.m. Dec. 15.
   A Lawn Park Avenue resident reported the theft of a bicycle, valued at $510, from an unlocked garage. The bicycle was reported to have been locked when the theft occurred between 1:45 p.m. and 8:28 p.m. Dec. 16.
