Robbinsville
   Police charged Rapheal Lavoie, 26, of Englewood, Florida, for driving while intoxicated and narcotics possession on Dec. 5.
   According to police, a vehicle driven by Mr. Lavoie was seen speeding on I-195, prompting a motor vehicle stop in the area of exit 7.
   An ensuing search revealed a small amount of marijuana, police said.
   Mr. Lavoie was also charged with having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, speeding, reckless driving and careless driving.
   He was released without bail.
   Dec. 4 police are investigating a burglary to a car parked at the Work Out World on Route 130.
   According to police, the victim reported that between 5:45 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. an unknown person(s) had made forced entry into the vehicle and stole a wallet, which reportedly contained several credit cards as well as a military ID card.
   The incident remains under investigation by the Robbinsville Criminal Investigation Unit.
   Police charged Max Grinfelds, 22, of Island Heights, and Robert Lachaussee, 23, of Toms River, for narcotics possession on Dec. 4.
   According to police, a car driven by Mr. Grinfelds was speeding on I-195, prompting a motor vehicle stop in the area of exit 7.
   An ensuing search of the vehicle revealed a small amount of heroin, police said.
   Mr. Grinfelds was also charged with having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, failure to inspect and speeding.
   Both men were released without bail.
   Dec. 3 police charged Chad Kordzikowski, 19, of Edison, for driving while intoxicated and narcotics possession.
   According to police, a car driven by Mr. Kordzikowski was seen travelling on Route 130 with tinted windows.
   An ensuing search during a subsequent motor vehicle stop revealed a small amount of marijuana as well as drug paraphernalia.
   Mr. Kordzikowski was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, having tinted windows, reckless driving and reckless driving.
   He was released without bail.
