Bistro Rylo restaurant announced its opening on Dec. 20 at 1801 Route 35, Ocean. The Euro-Mediterranean-inspired bistro is headed by executive chef Ryan Lory, who has assembled a team of rising chefs, including chef Sam Byrne and pastry chef Ryan Lor.
