Police charged Shakeea N. Handberry, 34, of Florence, after it was discovered she had warrants totaling $4,278 from Pemberton and Bordentown Township on Dec. 9.
According to police, she was transported to Pemberton.
Dec. 10 police charged Frank Salinitro, 19, of Florence, for driving while intoxicated.
According to police, a car driven by Mr. Salinitro was seen without rear lights, prompting a motor vehicle stop on Cedar Lane.
An ensuing search of the vehicle revealed an open container of alcohol and a shotgun, police said.
The accused was also charged with refusing to take a breath test, reckless driving, possession of alcohol by an underage person, improper possession of a weapon and driving without taillights.
He was released without bail.
Police charged Freddy Matos Jr., 53, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, for marijuana possession on Dec. 11.
According to police, a motor vehicle stop was initiated in the area of Old Towne Gardens. An ensuing search of the vehicle revealed a small amount of marijuana.
The accused was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle and speeding.
He was released without bail.
Dec. 15 police charged Shawn P. Chianese, 33, of Roebling, narcotics possession.
According to police, Mr. Chianese was seen with an open alcohol container in front of Dr. Lou’s Place bar on Hornberger Avenue. Police said the accused initially fled from police and provided a false name.
In addition, the accused was found to have a controlled dangerous substance in his pocket, police said.
Upon learning his real identify, police said Mr. Chianese was found to have outstanding warrants totaling $6,226.
He was also charged with obstruction of justice and hindering apprehension.
Police said an addition $5,000 was placed on the new charges. The accused was transported to Burlington County Jail in lieu of the bail.
