Police charged James Dragon, II, 33, of East Brunswick, for driving while intoxicated Jan. 5.
According to police, a car driven by Mr. Dragon was seen failing to maintain a lane on Route 130, prompting a motor vehicle stop near the Walmart.
Mr. Dragon was also charged with reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain a lane.
He was released without bail.
Jan. 4 police charged Raymond McNulty, 40, of Hamilton Square, for driving while intoxicated.
According to police, a car driven by Mr. McNulty was seen failing to maintain a lane on Route 130 in the area of the Robbinsville Firehouse.
Mr. McNulty was also charged with reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain a lane.
He was released without bail.
Police charged Stephen Jarkowski, 27, of Trenton, for narcotics possession Jan. 4.
According to police, a car driven by Mr. Jarkowski was seen obstructing traffic on I-195, prompting a motor vehicle stop.
An ensuing search of the car revealed a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, police said.
Mr. Jarkowski was also charged with marijuana possession, drug paraphernalia possession, obstructing passage of a vehicle and having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
He was released without bail.
Jan. 2 police charged Jose Martinez, 24, of Toms River, Brad Cottrell, 24, of Lakewood, and Alaina McColley, 24, of Lakewood, for narcotics possession.
According to police, a car driven by Mr. Martinez was seen failing to maintain a lane on I-195, prompting a motor vehicle stop.
An ensuing search of the car revealed a small amount of heroin, police said.
Mr. Martinez was also charged with having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, following too closely and failure to signal a turn.
The three were all released without bail.
Police charged Sabour Baguaei, 22, of Brooklyn, New York, for driving while intoxicated on Jan. 1.
According to police, a car driven by Mr. Baguaei was seen speeding on Route 130, prompting a motor vehicle stop.
The accused was also charged with careless driving, reckless driving, speeding, being an unlicensed driver, driving while suspended, having an unregistered vehicle and having an obstructed windshield.
He was released without bail.
Jan. 1 police charged Karna Dipankar, 37, of West New York, New Jersey, for driving while intoxciated.
According to police, a car driven by the accused was seen failing to maintain a lane on Route 130, prompting a motor vehicle stop.
The driver was also charged with refusal to submit to breath testing, reckless driving, careless driving and failure to maintain a lane.
He was released without bail.
Police charged Shannon Pelke, 20, of Hamilton, for driving while intoxicated Dec. 31.
According to police, a car driven by Ms. Pelke was seen traveling on Route 130 with a taillight out, prompting a motor vehicle stop.
Ms. Pelke was also charged with underage driving while intoxicated, maintenance of lamps, reckless driving and careless driving.
She was released without bail.
Dec. 31 police charged Kaila Araneo, 23, of Robbinsville, for driving while intoxicated.
According to police, a car driven by Ms. Araneo was seen failing to maintain a lane on Route 33, prompting a motor vehicle stop.
Ms. Araneo was also charged with refusal to submit to breath testing, reckless driving, careless driving, being an uninsured motorist and failing to maintain a lane.
She was released without bail.
Police investigated a burglary and criminal mischief incident at the Foxmoor Shopping Center on Dec. 31.
Police said a representative of Pettinaro, which owns the shopping center, told police that between 8 a.m. Dec. 30 and 6:45 a.m. the following day, an unknown person(s) entered into a vacant portion of the center, which previously housed Marrazzos Market, and caused damage to the interior.
Specifically, it was reported that fire extinguishers had been discharged throughout the vacant building and that glass windows and a light fixture had been smashed, according to police.
The incident remains under investigated by the Robbinsville Criminal Investigation Unit.
Dec. 30 police investigated a theft at the Work Out World gym on Route 130.
According to police, the victim reported that his gym bag had been removed from an unlocked locker between 12:09 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
Police said the bag contained car keys, clothing and his wedding band, which is valued at $1,355.
The incident remains under investigation.
Police charged Joshua Nacht, 23, of two counts of possession of stolen property Dec. 30.
According to police, Mr. Nacht, who as of press release remains at large, was the subject of an alert issued out of Allentown for a reported theft.
Police said a motor vehicle stop was initiated in the area of Route 526 and the Robbinsville Bypass after patrol observed a car matching the description from the Allentown alert.
Allentown Police then responded and confirmed Mr. Nacht and his car were involved in the theft, police said, as he was found to be in possession of UPS packages that were removed from a resident’s front porch. Allentown Police then took Mr. Nacht into custody.
Robbinsville police said further investigation revealed Mr. Nacht was in possession of UPS packages that had been stolen from residents on Buford and Tindal roads in the township.
Allentown authorities released Mr. Nacht before Robbinsville police became aware that packages were removed from the township residences, police said.
Two warrants were signed against the accused and the Robbinsville Municipal Court set bail at $1,000.
