The annual VSA/NJ Arts Achievement Awards is accepting submissions for its Student Art Excellence Awards through Jan. 23. Students may apply if they are age 14 to 21 and are enrolled in school up to grade 12, classified as disabled (mainstreamed, inclusion, self-contained classes or activities). They must show outstanding achievement in and commitment to an art form.
The Education in the Arts Awards will be presented to outstanding educators and administrators for establishing high-quality arts programs for classified students.
