Jackson, NJ – February 8, 2014 – This year Jackson Memorial HS has decided to perform Les Miserables, School Edition, a story of courage, faith, and forgiveness. This production is slightly shorter than the original and will be performed by a cast of 67 students, which consist of 57 high school students and 10 elementary and middle school students. Les Miserables is based on Victor Hugo’s timeless novel, which follows the lives of a group of people in 19th century Paris as they struggle for life, love and freedom.
There are four performances: Thursday, March 13th, Friday, March 14th, and Saturday, March 15th all at 7pm and on Sunday, March 16th at 2pm.
Tickets are $12, with a discount at time of purchase for senior citizens and veterans with proper ID. (You will only receive a discount for either being a senior or a veteran, not both). There will be no discount for presale tickets. Only cash or check (made out to JMHS) is accepted.
Tickets can be purchased starting on Monday, February 17th on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 2-6 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 11-2 in the Fine Arts Auditorium or calling 732-552-6096 (at the scheduled sales times) to reserve your seats.
All reserved seats must be picked up within one week of ordering and any tickets ordered after March 10th must be picked up before the day of the show.
