Florence Township Memorial High School invites the community to its production of “Shrek: The Musical” on March 6-8 at 7 p.m. in the high school auditorium. Tickets are $7.
Shrek is the tale of a faraway kingdom turned upside down when an ogre shows up to rescue a feisty princess. Together with a talking donkey, a short-tempered wannabe king, a gingerbread man, and a crew of fairy tale misfits, Shrek reminds us that we can’t judge a fairy tale by its cover. Shrek: the Musical is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International.
Many thanks to those who have contributed to the food pantry.

The pantry is at the Florence United Methodist Church on Second and Broad streets in Florence.
The food pantry is open Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Come to the front door.
