A bottle of wine valued at $500 was reported taken from Walkers Wine and Spirits at 11:13 a.m. Jan. 27, according to a store employee Mark Voorhees. Sgt. Robert Brown responded to investigate.
Lambertville police also reported that Detective Michael Miloszar arrested Kenneth Muzychko, 32, at his city residence at 1:34 p.m. Jan. 29 on three pending warrants totaling $2,503. He was turned over to Hopewell Township police.
Abigayle Temple, 33, of Mount Laurel, was stopped by Patrolman Anthony Memolo at 12:15 a.m. Feb. 1 on Wilson Street for drifting out of her lane.
She was charged with driving while under the influence, failure to stay in one lane and refusing to submit to a breath test, and released pending a court appearance. On Feb. 4 at 5:32 p.m., Officer Joseph Weber stopped Raymond L. Lacomba, 55, of Columbia, South Carolina, on Route 179 after a computer checked revealed that Mr. Lacomba’s New Jersey driver’s license was suspended. Mr. Lacomba had three active motor vehicle warrants for his arrest totaling $938 dollars. He posted bail and was released. Mr. Lacomba was issued a summons for driving while his driving privileges were suspended.
On Feb. 8 at 4:07 a.m., Officer Memolo stopped Ibnmaalik A. Bingham, 30, of Trenton, on Route 29 after police received a complaint of a northbound vehicle being driven erratically. Mr. Bingham was charged with DWI, reckless driving, being an unlicensed driver, having an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle and driving while his New Jersey driving privileges were suspended. He was released pending a court appearance.
On Feb. 8 at 11:50 a.m., Officer Vincent Albani was sent to 115 York St. to check out a report of a burglary. Jill M. Lonergan, who is a realtor, said that when she arrived at the residence, she noticed someone had kicked in the side door causing damage to the door and jam areas. Nothing appeared to be missing from the residence. The residence is owned by Jerry Steever, who was notified. The investigation is continuing.
All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
