The New Jersey Boat Sale & Expo will be held Feb. 20-23 at the New Jersey Convention & Exposition Center, Edison.
The expo showcases all that is new in the boating arena, ranging from fishing to water skiing.
Each day, the show will feature seminars covering a multitude of topics, including how to catch more and bigger striped bass, fluke and other inshore species; tips on safely navigating the Raritan Bay; and pointers on boat care.
Children can explore displays at the expo’s Kids Cove from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 22-23. At the cove, they can learn about marine life, fishing and on-water boating skills. A Marine Safety Cove will feature a children’s boating safety session, with coloring books, stickers and an attendance certificate.
Additional safety courses will be conducted for paddle sports and other smallcraft operation.
Tickets are $6 per person. Children age 16 and younger are admitted free of charge when accompanied by an adult. Hours are from noon to 8 p.m. Feb. 20-21, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Feb. 22, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Feb. 23. Parking is free.
