Mrs. Suchan, 84, of Old Bridge, died Jan. 23, 2014, in Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge division. Prior to her retirement, she was employed for 20 years as an operator for Superior Signal, Old Bridge. Before that, she worked for Sunshine Biscuit, Sayreville. She was predeceased by her husband, Frank Suchan. Surviving are five children, Frank Suchan of Oswego, N.Y., Richard Suchan of Largo, Fla., Linda J. Mergogey of Breinigsville, Pa., Dawn M. Lugo of Old Bridge, and Cynthia D. Peer of the Mayetta section of Stafford; three sisters, Ethel Anghelone of Jackson, Jean Povlich of North Brunswick and Mildred Colligan of the Somerset section of Franklin; 13 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Services were held at Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, Parlin section of Sayreville. Interment was in Evergreen Cemetery, North Brunswick. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
