Mrs. Frasca, 86, of Monroe, formerly of Perth Amboy, died Feb. 5, 2014, in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. She was predeceased by her first husband, Salvatore Cangialosi; her second husband, Stephen Frasca; and a brother, Ralph Pelligra. Surviving are two stepdaughters, Yvonne Weiss, and her husband, Howard, of the Fords section of Woodbridge and Cheryl Shaw of South Plainfield; two brothers, Luke Pelligra, and his wife, Grace, of Barnegat and Vincent Pelligra, and his wife, Nikki, of North Brunswick; four step-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren; eight nieces and nephews; and many extended family members. A funeral liturgy was offered at Nativity of Our Lord Church, Monroe. Interment was in Saint Peter’s Cemetery, New Brunswick. Arrangements were under the direction of M.
