HAMILTON Nottingham High School will host a blood drive Monday, Feb. 24, and Tuesday, Feb. 25.
The drive will be held in the old gym from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. both days, under the direction of the Community Blood Council of New Jersey and the Nottingham senior class.
Karen Coate, work program coordinator at Nottingham and advisor to the senior class, has organized the drive for over 20 years.
Last year, Nottingham students donated a total of 219 pints, she said. In advance of the drive, Loriann Burris of the Community Blood Council, spoke with all juniors and seniors regarding the need for blood donations.
Anyone who wishes to donate should contact Ms. Coate at [email protected] to donate. Walk-ins will also be welcome with a photo ID.
