The League of Women Voters of Monroe Township will meet at 1 p.m. Feb. 24 at the Monroe Township Library, 4 Municipal Plaza.
Topics will include membership appreciation, league program planning, the growth of charter schools, violence prevention, the status of mental-health services, voting rights and an update on league’s position on agriculture. Light refreshments will be served.
The public is invited to attend. Admission is free of charge. The league is a nonpartisan political organization open to men and women.
