Rudolph D. Delma, 21, and Rudi V. Delma, 26, were arrested at 6:32 a.m. Feb. 16 and charged with simple assault after police received a 911 call about a fight in progress at a residence on Leigh Avenue. The victim complained of pain and had minor injuries on the face but refused medical treatment. Rudolph D. Delma was also charged with criminal mischief for allegedly pulling a telephone out of a wall and breaking it. Both were taken to Mercer County Corrections Center for not being able to post $2,500 bail.
A man suffered injuries to his head and neck after he was allegedly struck over the head with a large piece of ice just before 7 p.m. Feb. 21 while behind a business on the 200 block of Nassau Street. He drove himself to seek medical attention. No charges were filed at the time of the report.
West Windsor
Two gold rings worth $2,000 were reported stolen from a Lake Shore Drive residence between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Feb. 17.
An iPhone valued at $650 was reported stolen from a gym locker at West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South between 3:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. Feb. 20.
Reginald Davon Wright, 20, of New York City, was arrested at 4:48 p.m. Feb. 21 after he allegedly tried to purchase an iPad valued at $400 with fraudulent travelers checks. He was charged with robbery and forgery and was taken to the Mercer County Correction Center on $55,000 bail.
A black male approximately 20 years old allegedly purchased a PS4 gaming console and a PS4 game valued at $450 with fraudulent travelers checks at 4:38 p.m. Feb. 21.
Tess Elizabeth Jeffers, 25, of Princeton, was arrested at 1:08 a.m. Feb. 23 on Route 1 at Harrison Road and was charged with drunken driving, reckless driving, careless driving and refusal to submit breath samples.
Malcolm B. Davis, 21, of East Windsor, was arrested on Old Trenton Road at Dorchester Drive at 9:48 a.m. Feb. 21 and was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving.
