Police charged Frederick J. Merlino, 22, of Florence, for driving while intoxicated on Feb. 24.
According to police, the arrest was made during a motor vehicle stop for a violation on Old York Road.
Mr. Merlino was also charged with reckless driving, failure to maintain a lane, disregard of a traffic signal, speeding and equipment violations. He was released without bail.
Feb. 25 police charged Miriam E. Aris, 23, of Delran, for resisting arrest and various motor vehicle violations.
According to police, Ms. Aris’ car was stopped in the area of Princeton Tech for a motor vehicle violation. During the stop, the officer discovered that Ms. Aris’ license and registration had been suspended. It was also revealed that she had a $350 warrant from Westampton, police said.According to police, she resisted when the officer attempted to arrest her.
Subsequently, a family member paid her bail, which included $1,000 for the resisting charge, and she was released pending a court appearance.
Police charged Michael Siler, 46, of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, Feb. 28 after discovering he was a fugitive from justice.
According to police, Mr. Siler’s wanted status was discovered during a motor vehicle stop for a violation on Route 130.
He was also charged with failure to observe a traffic control device and driving while suspended. According to the National Crime Information Center, Mr. Siler would be extradited within 300 miles.
He was lodged in the Burlington County Jail awaiting extradition.
March 2 police charged Wender Pires, 21, of Burlington, for driving while intoxicated.
According to police, the arrest came after a motor vehicle stop on East Fifth Street.
Mr. Pires was also charged with reckless driving, being an unlicensed driver, failure to observe a stop sign and driving the wrong way on a one way street.
He was released without bail.
Police arrested Maria Bonilla, 38, of Florence and Timothy Fink, 46, of Roebling, for outstanding warrants from outside jurisdictions on March 2.
Both were released after posting bail, or having release authorized by the respective courts involved.
Police did not indicate that the cases were related.
March 2 police arrested Theodore Buklad, 49, of Roebling, for a $1,000 outstanding warrant from Burlington City.
Police said officers initially sought Mr. Buklad at his residence and found him shortly thereafter riding a bicycle nearby.
While in custody, police said, the accused was found to be in possession of prescription medication not prescribed to him.
He was also charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, resulting in an additional bail charge of $10,000.
He was subsequently turned over to Burlington City Police.
Police charged Treshawn L. Roberts, 20, of Florence, for narcotics possession on March 2.
According to police, Mr. Roberts was stopped due to a motor vehicle violation on Wilbur Henry Drive. An ensuing search of the car revealed drug residue and drug paraphernalia, police said.
He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle and failure to observe a stop or yield sign.
He was released without bail.
Mansfield
Police charged Steve Baskin, 45, of Mayfield Heights, Ohio, for theft on Feb. 18.
According to police, upon arrival at the scene officers spoke with security personnel and learned that two males were stopped while trying to leave the property with car parts allegedly removed from another vehicle at the auction.
Police said Mr. Baskin had allegedly taken a set of Audi floor mats and two air compressors, which are valued at $525.
The other man, later identified as Ilya Moshiyakhov, 43, of Willoughby Hill, Ohio, was not charged with theft, however officers arrested him after it was discovered he had an active warrant from the Jersey City Municipal Court. Both men subsequently were able to post bail and were released.
Feb. 15 police charged Melveyen Scudder, 36, of Trenton, after discovering he had several outstanding warrants. Police said investigation also revealed the accused was wanted by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department.
Officers encountered the accused after being dispatched for reports of disorderly person at the Pine Motel on Route 130, according to police.
Mr. Scudder was subsequently lodged at Burlington County Jail to await transfer to the Mercer County Sheriff’s Department, police said.
Police investigated a criminal mischief incident at a residence on Hilltop Court in the Homestead Development on Feb. 18.
According to police, the homeowner reported that seven tires on two vehicles parked in the driveway were slashed or punctured.
In addition, another resident reported hearing suspicious activity on Feb. 17 at approximately 10 p.m., but was unable to identify suspect(s) involved.

Feb. 19 police issued a summons for prohibited conduct to Moustapha Fofana, 45, of Brooklyn, New York, after an officer observed him urinating in the parking lot of the Manheim Auto Auction at 730 Route 68.
According to police, the officer was working a special detail at the auction.
Police investigated a theft at South Jersey Eye Physicians, located in Homestead Plaza, on Feb. 20.
According to police, it was reported that unknown suspect(s) removed numerous eyeglass frames from a display case.
Police said the theft occurred sometime between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. that day.

Feb. 25 police arrested Michael Smith, 25, of Florence, after discovering he had an outstanding warrant issued by the Bordentown Township Municipal Court.
The warrant was discovered after an officer saw the accused on Route 130.
Mr. Smith was released pending a court appearance.
