Robbinsville
   Police charged Richard Lombardi, 34, of Forked River, and Robert Scott, 42, of Whiting, for narcotics possession on Feb. 19.
   According to police, a car driven by Mr. Lombardi was seen failing to maintain a lane on I-195, prompting a motor vehicle stop. An ensuing search revealed heroin and a hypodermic needle.
   Mr. Lombardi was charged with heroin possession, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, maintenance of lamps and failing to maintain a lane.
   Mr. Scott, a passenger in the car, provided false identity information, police said. He was charged with hindering apprehension and obstructing administration of justice in addition to heroin and drug paraphernalia possession.
   Both were released without bail.
   Feb. 19 police investigated a theft of a residence on Windswept Drive.
   According to police, the victim reported that between 8:50 a.m. and 4 p.m., an unknown person(s) had smashed a sliding glass door and ransacked a bedroom. The victim reported various pieces of jewelry and an undisclosed amount of cash missing.
   The incident remains under investigation by the Robbinsville Criminal Investigation Unit.
   Police charged Terrance Rush, 42, of West Orange, Brian Price, 24, and Justin Thompson, 20, both of Toms River, for narcotics possession on Feb. 20.
   According to police, a car driven by Mr. Thompson was seen with a taillight out, prompting a motor vehicle stop. An ensuing search of the car revealed 26 small bags of heroin as well as two hypodermic needles.
   All three accused were charged with heroin possession.
   Mr. Thompson was additionally charged with having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, maintenance of lamps and having a cracked windshield.
   Mr. Rush was also charged with heroin possession with intent to distribute, possession of a hypodermic needle, and failure to surrender a controlled dangerous substance.
   Mr. Price and Mr. Thompson were released without bail while Mr. Rush was transported to the Mercer County Workhouse on a $5,000 bail with no 10 percent option.
   Feb. 20 police charged Daricza Cabrera for prescription fraud.
   According to police, officers received a tip that a woman, later identified as Ms. Cabrera would be attempting to use a fraudulent prescription at the Walgreens on Route 33.
   During the investigation, evidence was discovered that revealed Ms. Cabrera went to the drug store in an attempt to obtain prescription drugs by deception, police said.
   She was released without bail.
   Police charged Jerson Urena-Peralta was charge with driving while intoxicated on Feb. 23.
   According to police, a car driven by Mr. Urena-Peralta was seen failing to move over for a police car on Route 130, prompting a motor vehicle stop.
   The accused was also charged with reckless driving, careless driving, failure to inspect, failure to maintain a lane and failure to move over for an emergency vehicle.
   He was released without bail.
   Feb. 22 police charged Jay Young, 38, of Jackson, for narcotics possession.
   According to police, a car driven by Mr. Young was seen traveling on I-195 with an expired inspection sticker, prompting a motor vehicle stop near exit 8. An ensuing search of the car revealed 18 small bags of heroin as well as a hypodermic needle.
   The accused was charged with heroin and hypodermic needle possession, having an unregistered vehicle, failure to inspect, having an unclear license plate and having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
   He was released without bail.
