Police charged Robert Wilbert, 19, of Hamilton, for driving while intoxicated on Feb. 24.
According to police, a car driven by Mr. Wilbert was seen with several equipment violations, prompting a motor vehicle stop, during which police said it was determined the driver was impaired.
Mr. Wilbert was also charged for careless driving, reckless driving, having an obstructed windshield and a cracked windshield.
He was released without bail.
Feb. 22 police investigated a theft of a roll off dumpster containing scrap metal from the Verizon at 92 North Main Street.
According to police, the dumpster contained approximately $5,000 worth of scrap metal.
The theft is currently being investigated by the Robbinsville Township Police Criminal Investigations Unit.
Police charged Henry Dollman, 21, of Point Pleasant, for narcotics possession on Feb. 28.
According to police, a car driven by Mr. Dollman was seen traveling on I-195 with a rejected inspection sticker. An ensuing search of the car revealed he had psilocybin (mushrooms) in his possession.
He was also charged with having an open container of alcohol, failure to make repairs and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
Mr. Dollman was released without bail.
