The Rev. Hillier, 63, of Shippensburg, Pa., died March 5, 2014. He served as deacon and associate pastor at St. Francis Cathedral, Metuchen, from 1975-81; associate pastor at St. Rose of Lima, Freehold, from 1981-85; and several other parishes leading to serving as pastor at Our Lady of the Visitation and campus minister at Shippensburg University, Shippensburg, Pa. Surviving are a sister, Patricia Ann and her husband, Anthony R. DiSturco of Williamsville, N.Y.; three nieces; and a greatnephew. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at Our Lady of Visitation Catholic Church, Shippensburg, Pa. Interment was in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Iselin. Memorial donations may be made to Our Lady of Visitation Catholic Church, 305 N. Prince St., Shippensburg, PA 17257. Arrangements were by the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home, Lancaster, Pa.
