LAMBERTVILLE: Man cited for breaking tali light, mirror on car

   At noon on Friday, March 7, Detective Michael Miloszar and Patrolman Vincent Albani were detailed to Belvidere Avenue for a report of a male being chased with a baseball bat.
   Police officials said an investigation showed Craig S. Drummond, 51, of Lambertville, was advancing toward Charles Ramsin, 43, of Washington’s Crossing, Pa., for a few hundred yards, and used the bat to break the mirror and taillight on Mr. Ramsin’s vehicle. 
   Mr. Drummond was charged with criminal mischief, aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a weapon.
   Bail was set by Lambertville Municipal Court Judge Ronald Pittore at $25,000, with no potential to post 10 percent in cash, and Mr. Drummond was lodged in the Hunterdon County Jail in default of bail.
   Police also reported that on Sunday, March 9, at 3:57 a.m. Sgt. Robert Brown stopped a vehicle driven by Christopher Neppes, 38, of Pipersville, Pa., on Route 29. Mr. Neppes was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence, speeding and careless driving. He was released with an order to appear in court.   
    Police remind that all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
