Police blotter, week of March 3-9
According to Manville police:
• Lisa Dallmeyer, 48, of Hillsborough was charged with driving while under the influence following a motor vehicle stop on Dickerson Road at 5 p.m. March 3. She was also charged with refusing to submit to a breath analysis test, and then released.
• Mantoloking police said at 6:37 p.m. March 4 they had Anthony Gucciardi, 61, of Hillsborough in custody for a pending Manville criminal warrant for shoplifting. Mr. Gucciardi’s attorney, Nicholas Mariano, posted cash bail of $2,000 and the item was cleared from national crime records.
• At 8:35 a.m. March 5 an employee at Adesa reported theft of a black Samsung Galaxy cell phone from the cafeteria on March 5 while he was at lunch the previous day.
• Ricardo Collazo, 26, of Newark was charged with third-degree burglary and two counts of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance at 12:12 p.m. March 6 at Adesa Auto Auction on North Main Street. Bail was set at $20,000 and he was taken to Somerset County Jail.
• Luis Cornejo-Rivas, 22, of Plainfield was charged with theft by unlawful taking of electronics valued under $150 from a vehicle at Adesa Auto Auction at 3:14 p.m. March 6. He was released.
• Taumanee D. Crain, 26, of Manville was charged with being a disorderly person outside of Foxtails Lounge on South Street at 10:36 p.m. March 6. He was issued a summons and released.
• Brendan Shaw, 38, of Manville was charged with disorderly conduct for yelling outside a South Main Street neighbor’s door at 12:30 a.m. March 8. He was lodged in Somerset County jail in default of bail.
• Luis Cervantes, 44, of Hillsborough was charged with shoplifting $61.86 worth of merchandise from Walmart on North Main Street at 4:02 p.m. March 8. He was released after paperwork was completed.
