LAWRENCE: Police blotter

   A 23-year-old Ewing Township resident who works at MJM Designer Shoes at the Lawrence Shopping Center reported the theft of her clutch wallet from her purse, which she had left in the employee area at the store between 1:15 p.m. and 4:35 p.m. March 11. The wallet contained $30 plus personal papers.
   Gabriel Rosario, 25, of Trenton, was charged with driving under the influence and other motor vehicle violations and possession of a controlled dangerous substance (a Xanax bar) when he was stopped for a motor vehicle violation on the Trenton Freeway at 12:27 a.m. March 12.
   A passenger in the car, Oscar Santiago, 28, of Trenton, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance for having acetaminophen with codeine in his possession.
   Jon Cannon, 23, of Trenton was charged with trespassing for entering an unlocked room at West Village dorm at Rider University at 4:56 a.m. March 12.
   Nyshirah West, 19, Tamara Irving, 20, and Yasmeane Richardson, 21, all of Trenton, were charged with receiving stolen property after they were found to have bags full of clothing from H and M at the Quaker Bridge Mall at 10:48 a.m. March 12. The clothing was valued at a combined $1,436.10.
   Ore Newkirk, 19, of Levittown, Pa., was charged with shoplifting clothing worth a combined $280 from Macy’s at 9:22 p.m. March 12.
   Jerome Cole, 21, of Dix Hills, N.Y., was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia (rolling papers and plastic baggies) in a room at Kroner Dorm at Rider University at 12:06 a.m. March 13.
   Joaquin Nava, 26, of Los Angeles, was charged with hindering apprehension by providing a false name, driving under the influence and other motor vehicle violations after the car he was driving was stopped for speeding on Brunswick Pike at 3:22 a.m. March 14. A passenger in the car, Rebekah Park, 18, of Princeton, also was charged with hindering apprehension for providing a false name. They were taken to the Mercer County Corrections Center.
   John McCarvill, 41, of Collingswood, was charged with shoplifting clothing and cosmetics worth $217 from Lord & Taylor at 4:32 p.m. March 14. He was also charged with defiant trespass because he had previously been issued a persona non grata letter barring him from the Quaker Bridge Mall.
   Robert Cogossi, 46, of Levittown, Pa., was charged with driving under the influence and other motor vehicle violations after a police officer saw his car parked alongside of the Lucky 7 Deli at 2:28 a.m. March 15 and stopped to investigate.
   Two Robbinsville teenagers, ages 16 and 17, were charged with shoplifting clothing worth a combined $603.76 from Macy’s at 6:01 p.m. March 15. They were released to their guardians’ custody.
   Marco Garcia, 31, of Trenton, was charged with driving under the influence at 7:47 p.m. March 16 after the car he was driving struck the concrete median on Brunswick Pike.
   Alina Vitukhnovskaya, 20, of Shirley Lane, Eric Bridgewater, 21, of Darrah Lane, Louis Steen, 21, of Fieldcrest Court and Herbert Pacheco, 22, of Hamilton were charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana at 8:43 p.m. March 16 after police were called to Creekside Court to investigate a suspicious car.
