   Zakeyia K. Short, 31, of Plainsboro, was arrested at 12:53 p.m. March 10 on Plainsboro Road at Aspen Drive for an active traffic warrant in the amount of $300 out of Cranbury Township. She was also issued summonses for driving while suspended and failure to maintain a lane.
   An 80-year-old resident of Franklin Drive was reportedly conned out of $1,000 by an unknown person who called and claimed to be from the Internal Revenue Service. The caller threatened that the New Jersey State Police would arrest the victim if payment of an outstanding debt was not paid using a cash card purchased at the local CVS.
   Cynthia T. Evans, 46, of Lawrenceville, was arrested at 8:34 p.m. March 13 on Route 1 for active traffic and criminal warrants totaling $1,204 out of Lawrence and Trenton municipal courts. She also received summonses for expired registration and driving while suspended.
   Chetan V. Patel, 39, of Princeton, was arrested at 2:03 a.m. March 14 on Route 1 and was charged with drunken driving, reckless driving, failure to maintain a lane, and failure to signal a turn.
   Victor Garces, 27, of East Windsor, was arrested at 2:21 a.m. March 16 on George Davison Road and was charged with drunken driving, reckless driving, failure to maintain a lane and improper turn.
