ROBBINSVILLE — A single-car crash has left a 20-year-old township man dead early Thursday morning, according to police.
Brian Wood, of Robbinsville, was pronounced dead after being extricated from a car after it struck a tree by Robbinsville Fire and EMS.
Police said Mr. Wood was travelling westbound on Hutchinson Road when he apparently lost control of the car, striking a tree at the corner of Ambleside Drive just before 3:30 a.m.
Capitol Health Paramedics also responded to the scene.
The cause of the accident remains under investigation by Ptl. Wayne Haugh and Det. Peter Galazka.
