Plumsted
   Police charged Allyson Fairlie, 18, of New Egypt, for narcotics possession on March 18.
   According to police, Ms. Fairlie was a passenger in a car, which was the subject of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 537 for a traffic violation.
   An ensuing search revealed the accused was in possession of three wax folds containing suspected heroin, as well as prescription medication without a valid script.
   Ms. Fairlie was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Following processing, she was released without bail.
Robbinsville
   Police charged Tyreese Candya, 30, of Trenton, for weapons and narcotics possession on March 17.
   According to police, patrol saw a car driven by Mr. Candya on Route 130with a cracked windshield and unlawful window tinting, prompting a motor vehicle stop near Church Street.
   An ensuing search of the vehicle revealed a .38 caliber handgun, 10 small bags of heroin, a small amount of marijuana, a forged $20 bill and paraphernalia used the manufacturing and distribution of controlled dangerous substances, police said.
   He was charged with unlawful possession of a handgun, being a certain persons prohibited to have weapons, possession of narcotics with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled dangerous substance near school property, heroin possession, marijuana possession, drug paraphernalia possession, possession of forged U.S. currency, having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, having a cracked windshield and window tinting.
   Superior Court Judge Lawrence Debello set bail at $100,000 with no 10 percent option. Mr. Candya was transported to the Mercer County Workhouse in default of bail.
   March 19 police charged Devon Bourgoin, 22, and Michael Bourgoin, 27, both of Brigantine, for narcotics possession.
   According to police, a car driven by Michael was seen making an unsafe lane change, prompting a motor vehicle stop on I-195.
   An ensuing search of the car revealed a small amount of marijuana, prescription drugs without a valid prescription and drug paraphernalia.
   Both were charged with possession of marijuana, prescription legend drugs and drug paraphernalia. Michael was additionally charged with having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle and making an unsafe lane change.
   The accused were released without bail.
   Police charged Jason Piccolo, 35, of Natchitoches, Louisiana, for eluding and hindering on March 23.
   According to police, a car driven by Mr. Piccolo was seen driving well below the posted speed limit on Route 130, prompting a motor vehicle stop, during which police said the accused was uncooperative.
   After briefly speaking with officers, Mr. Piccolo restarted his car and sped away, police said. The accused was pulled over shortly thereafter onto a grass field near Superior Automotive. In this case, police said Mr. Piccolo was arrested without incident.
   The accused was charged with eluding, resisting arrest, hindering apprehension, obstruction of justice, failure to maintain a lane, maintenance of lamps, failure to signal a turn and reckless driving.
   Bail was set at $25,000 with no 10 percent by Superior Court Judge Lawrence Debello, police said The accused was transported to the Mercer County Workhouse in default of bail.
