Tabby’s Place offers summer camp for junior cat-lovers

Tabby’s Place: a Cat Sanctuary Staff
Calling all kids who love cats.

Tabby’s Place: A Cat Sanctuary is offering a new summer program for children ages 8-11 (finished with second – fifth grade).  Kids will have the opportunity to attend a summer camp at Tabby’s Place for one week, July 7 – 11 or July 14 – 18. The camp day will run from 10:00 – 2:00.
During this week the children will learn all about animal care in a sanctuary setting.  They will help take care of animals, make crafts for the cats and themselves, learn from animal welfare experts, read, write and sketch about cats, and more.
This is an exciting opportunity for kids who want to work with animals.  Tabby’s Place camp costs $200 for the week.  The fee is a donation to Tabby’s Place to help the cats.
So kids, if you love cats, this could be the perfect camp for you.  Applications are available by contacting Angela Townsend at 908-237-5300 ext 235 or [email protected].  There are a limited number of spaces available in the camp, so call soon.
