Police said the Mercedes then rolled over and came to rest in the southbound lanes of Route 130.
The four other vehicles had been stopped for a red light at the intersection, according to police.
Mr. Wildman was taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick to be treated for head and back pain.
Ms. Kalidindi was transported to the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro for head and neck pain.
A passenger in the Camry, Fanny Neuwirth, 76, of Monroe complained of neck pain but did not require medical transportation, according to police.
