Robbinsville
   Police charged Jeffrey Olcott, 20, of Hamilton, for burglary on March 24.
   According to police, the owner of a property on Church Street noticed a vehicle, later found to be operated by the accused, parked on the property.
   While speaking with the accused, the property owner was able to get his license plate number. After the accused left the scene, the owner determined a small amount of copper wire had been removed, police said.
   Police subsequently made contact with Mr. Olcott and, according to police, gathered evidence that led to the burglary charge. Mr. Olctott was also charged with trespassing and theft.
   He was released without bail.
   March 26 police charged Dillon Michaels, 20, of Jackson, for narcotics possession.
   According to police, a car driven by Mr. Michaels was seen failing to signal a lane change on I-195, prompting a motor vehicle stop. A search of the car revealed a small amount of suspected heroin as well as a hypodermic needle.
   Mr. Michaels was charged with heroin possession, drug paraphernalia possession, having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, failure to signal a turn and obstructing traffic.
   He was released without bail.
   Police charged James Carella, 28, of Hamilton, for driving while intoxicated on March 26.
   According to police, a car driven by Mr. Carella was seen failing to observe a traffic control signal on Main Street, prompting a motor vehicle stop.
   He also charged with failure to observe a signal, having a suspended driver’s license, being an unlicensed driver, being an uninsured motorist, failure to submit to breath testing, failure to maintain a lane, reckless driving and careless driving.
   He was released without bail.
   March 29 police charged Christoph Kinnevy, 26, of Trenton, with driving while inToxicated after his car was stopped on Route 130.
    According to police, a car driven by Mr. Kinnevy was seen failing to maintain lane on Route 130, prompting a motor vehicle stop.He was also charged with careless driving, reckless driving, failure to maintain a lane, maintenance of lamps and having unclear plates.
   He was released without bail.
