The Monthly Veterans Group from 10:30 -11:45 a.m. held at the South Brunswick Senior Center in the Municipal Complex, Route 522, will hear Vietnam veteran Joseph M. Belardo Sr. discuss his experiences during his military days and the project he is currently involved with through the Library of Congress Veterans History Project. He has received various combat medals, has authored and published two books based on his experiences and appeared on television documentaries. Open to South Brunswick residents 55+ only. The Education Foundation of South Brunswick Township holds its first Foundation Cup Golf Outing at Bunker Hill Golf Course. A portion of the proceeds from this year’s “Tee Off for EDUCATION” will support South Brunswick High School’s Project Graduation campaign. Cost: 125 per player, with foursomes available for $480. The outing will begin with registration at 6:30 a.m. and a 7:30 a.m. “Shotgun Tee Off”.
