Engels Cruceta-Corsino, 26, of Betts Avenue, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was stopped by police at 12:16 a.m. April 9 while walking down the middle of Princeton Avenue.
He was found to have an outstanding warrant, and the marijuana and plastic baggy were discovered during his arrest for the warrant. He was taken to the Mercer County Corrections Center on $1,000 bail with the 10-percent option.
A man walked out of the ShopRite grocery at the Mercer Mall at 9:12 a.m. April 9, carrying a 40-inch Seiki brand flat-screen TV set valued at $360. A store employee saw the man push a shopping cart, with the TV in it, between the checkout registers and leave the store. He got into a car and left the scene.
Ulysses Frazier, 48, of Trenton, was charged with shoplifting an assortment of meats, valued at a combined $240.53, from ShopRite at the Mercer Mall at 7:47 a.m. April 10. A store employee saw him pushing a car full of meat.
Mr. Frazier fled the scene on foot. Police searched the area near the Outback Steakhouse, where they apprehended him. The meat was recovered and returned to the store. He was found to have an outstanding warrant, and was taken to the Mercer County Corrections Center on $2,500 bail with the 10-percent option.
Paul Wolak, 22, of Glenview Drive, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia (a metal grinder and rolling papers) following a motor vehicle stop on Brunswick Pike at Bunker Hill Avenue at 10:51 p.m. April 10.
Jewelry worth $25,000, plus personal papers, were reported stolen from an Andrew Drive residence between 2:30 p.m. April 9 and 11:57 p.m. April 11. The burglar entered the house through a rear window.
Kate Nicholson, 27, of Franklin Corner Road, was charged with driving under the influence, refusal to take a Breathalyzer test, failure to maintain lane and reckless driving after she was observed driving erratically on Interstate Highway 95 at 1:57 a.m. April 12. She was stopped by a police officer on Franklin Corner Road.
Liudmila Kazeika, 39, of Vermont Street, was charged with driving under the influence, assault by auto, failure to yield, reckless driving and driving under the influence in a school zone after she was involved in a two-car accident on Brunswick Pike at Valley Forge Avenue at 12:26 a.m. April 13.
The occupants of the second car suffered injuries and were taken to Capital Health Medical Center Hopewell for observation. One occupant complained of neck pain and left shoulder pain, and the other occupant complained of chest pain.
Misael Auceda-Euceda, 26, of Trenton, was charged with driving under the influence, making an improper turn, reckless driving, being an unlicensed driver and driving under the influence in a school zone after being stopped for making an illegal U-turn on Bruswick Avenue near Mulberry Street at 2:50 a.m. April 14.
