The Bordentown Elks will hold a flea market from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Rain date is Sat., May 3. Cost is $15 per space (parking lot) and vendors can begin setting up at 7:30 a.m. Vendors are asked to bring their own tables For reservations, contact Rosemary at 609 424-3167. The Women’s Society of the First Baptist Church, corner of Prince and Church streets, Bordentown, is having its annual Pennsylvania Dutch family style smorgasbord supper from 3to 6:30 p.m. Place $15.50 take-out orders by April 20. Environmental Commissions for both Bordentown and Chesterfield Townships will be holding a Green Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Joe Lawrence Park in conjunction with the Townships Health and Wellness Expo. There will be exhibits, demonstrations, crafts, food vendors and more. We will also be accepting donations for the Burlington County Animal Shelter.

Liberty Lake Foundation Community Day, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., 1195 Florence-Columbus Road, Bordentown. Parking and admission is free, while some activities will ask for donations to the Liberty Lake Foundation. A non-profit organization, the foundation’s mission is to provide camperships, as well as opportunities for children to grow and learn within a healthy, safe, and nurturing environment. There will also be a Red Cross Blood Drive (interested parties can sign up online). Activities will include a charity Wiffle ball tournament; Chinese auction; fitness classes featuring Zumba; camp activities such as boating, laser tag and archery tag, mini-golf, rock wall; live music; NJ Renaissance Faire characters; Boot Camp obstacle course; and other family activities including the pirate ship playground, gaga, basketball, and volleyball. The Bordentown Knights of Columbus Council 570 will be hosting a Comedy Show from 7-10 p.m. at St. Mary’s School Hall. Tickets are $25 a person and dinner will be served. Call Paul Cutrupi at 609-324-2811.

Bordentown Elks Lodge 2085 has bingo every Tuesday at 7:15 p.m.
Doors open at 5 p.m. There is a progressive jackpot, and food is available for purchase. The lodge has sandwich night every Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. The price is $6 per person.Lodge 2085 hosts a breakfast the third Sunday of every month from 8 to 11 a.m. All proceeds benefit the Special Children’s Committee.
The Consolidated Fire Association will sponsor Bingo every Wednesday night at St. Mary’s School starting Sept. 18. The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and the games will start at 7 p.m.

The club meets the first and third Monday of each month at 1 p.m. at the Senior Community Center on Municipal Drive. All township seniors age 55 and older are welcome.
