NEW HOPE: New Hope Arts sculpture exhibit runs to May 17

   The 13th juried exhibition of Sculpture 2014 at New Hope Arts will be shown through May 17.
   For more than 13 years New Hope Arts has showcased sculpture artists in this uniquely curated exhibition currently featuring 52 artists from the region and beyond.
   Participating artists includes a variety of media and methods selected by Philadelphia jurors Darla Jackson and Scot Kaylor. This year’s event also includes new artists to the local scene.
   A retrospective presentation of several works by New Hope artist-resident Tom Galbraith will be featured along with the contemporary works. Mr. Galbraith, a long-time supporter of New Hope Arts and its programs, will be remembered for his contributions to the community.
   Exhibition sponsor Larry Keller, chairman of the New Hope Arts Board of Directors, celebrates the history of this organization as well as its growth with a presentation of awards for six sculptures selected by jurors. Cash prizes are donated by sculptor Raymond Mathis and Tutto Metal Design Studios.
