POLICE BLOTTER: April 17

Florence
   A juvenile was charged for obstruction and resisting arrest on April 9.
   According to police, officers responded to reports of a fight on West Third Street and saw the accused, whose age was not release, being disorderly.
   In addition, police said the accused offered officers false information and became combative when taken into custody.
   The accused was also charged with disorderly conduct and released to his parents, police said. No officers were injured during the arrest.
   April 12 police charged Russell Galiber, Dwight Mcewen and James Edwards for narcotics possession.
   According to police, officers discovered the accused to be in possession of narcotics while responding to noise complaints from a large party they were attending on Rosewood Drive.
   Police said after finding Mr. Galiber and Mr. Mcewen to be in possession of marijuana, Mr. Edwards fled, but was subsequently taken into custody.
   Mr. Edwards was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
   Mr. Galiber and Mr. Mcewen were released on their own recognizance while Mr. Edwards was released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bail.
   April 12 police charged Mark Moller after discovering he had a warrant.
   According to police, patrol conducted a pedestrian stop discovered Mr. Moller’s warrant.
   In addition, police said, a juvenile traveling with Mr. Moller was in violation of curfew.
   Mr. Moller was released without bail, while the juvenile was released to his parents.
   Police charged Maribeth Moran-Nicholl after discovering two active warrants on April 13.
   According to police, patrol discovered the warrant during a pedestrian stop in the area of the HP Gas Station on Hornerberger Avenue.
   She was subsequently released without bail.
   April 13 police charged William Huff for possession of stolen property.
   According to police, Florence police received a request from Hamilton Township police to check the area of Main Street for a stolen cell phone that was sending out a signal.
   Florence patrol subsequently found Mr. Huff in possession of the cell phone.
   Mr. Huff was released without bail while the phone was returned to its owner.
   Police charged Christopher Herdman after it was discovered he had an outstanding warrant.
   According to police, the warrant was discovered during a pedestrian stop in the area of Bennett Street and Hornberger Avenue.
   Mr. Herdman was subsequently released without bail.
   April 13 police charged Robert Cragg Jr. after discovering he had two outstanding warrants.
   According to police, the warrants were discovered during a pedestrian stop in the area of Amboy Avenue and Pond Street.
   Mr. Cragg was released without bail.
   Police charged Leonardo Feal Jr. after discovering he had three outstanding warrants.
   According to police, the warrants were discovered during a pedestrian stop in the area of 9th and Walnut streets.
   Mr. Feal was turned over to the Collingswood Police Department in default of bail.
Mansfield
   Police charged Eric L. Yelowitz, 27, of Marlton, for theft on April 3 stemming from a March 30 incident.
   According to police, officers responded to reports of a theft of jewelry in a residence in the Homestead development.
   Police said subsequent investigation revealed that Mr. Yelowitz, who was lawfully in the home performing work as a Comcast employee at the time, stole the items.
   Mr. Yelowitz subsequently was released after posting bail.
   Mount Laurel Township Police Department assisted in the investigation, according to police.
