Robbinsville
   Police charged Joseph Honey, 43, of Toms River, and Thomas Britton, 62, of Forked River, for narcotics possession on April 8.
   According to police, a car driven by Mr. Honey was seen failing to signal a lane change on I-195, prompting a motor vehicle stop.
   An ensuing search of the car revealed a small amount of heroin as well as a hypodermic needle.
   Mr. Honey was charged with having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, heroin possession, drug paraphernalia possession and failure to signal a turn.
   Mr. Britton was charged with heroin and hypodermic needle possession.
   Both were released without bail.
   April 10 police charged Wilson Guzman, 18, of East Windsor, for narcotics possession.
   According to police, a car driven by the accused was seen traveling on Route 130 with a license plate light out, prompting a motor vehicle stop in the area of Treats Garage.
   An ensuing search of the car revealed a small quantity of marijuana.
   Mr. Guzman was charged with maintenance of lamps and marijuana possession.
   He was released without bail.
   Police charged David Napoleon Jr., 63, of East Windsor, for diving while intoxicated on April 12.
   According to police, a car driven by Mr. Napoleon was seen failing to maintain a lane on Route 130, prompting a motor vehicle stop in the area of Gordon Road.
   He was also charged with reckless driving, careless driving, failure to maintain a lane and maintenance of lamps.
   Mr. Napoleon was released without bail.
   April 11 police charged Jonathan McAllister, 22, of Royal Palm Beach, Florida, for driving while intoxicated.
   According to police, a car driven by Mr. McAllister was seen failing to maintain a lane on Route 130, prompting a motor vehicle stop in the area of the Valero gas station.
   An ensuing search of the car also revealed the accused was in possession of a Berretta .177 pellet handgun.
   Mr. McAllister was charged with possession of a handgun, maintenance of lamps, careless driving, reckless driving, having an open container of alcohol, and being an uninsured motorist.
   He was released without bail.
   Police are investigating a series of suspicious brush fires lit between March 22 and April 11.
   According to police, patrol responded along with the Robbinsville Fire Department and the State Forrest Fire Service, to various locations in the township including the rear of Bromley Place, Eldridge Drive, Sapphire Road, Andover Place and in the rear of Pond Elementary School.
   Each fire is believed to be suspicious in nature, police said.
