   School musical: Christ the King School presents “Oz” in the auditorium of school North 13th Avenue on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. Free admission, but donations accepted.

   Family night: Roosevelt Family Night Olympics, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Sat., May 3
   Dog adoptions: Manville-Hillsborough Elks on Brooks Boulevard, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. , rain or shine.
   Sun., May 4
   Breakfast: Christ the Redeemer Parish holds breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, French toast and potatoes. 8-11:30 a.m. in auditorium of Sacred Heart Church, South Main and Filak streets. Tickets sold at door at $5 for adults, $2 for children 6-12 years old and free for 5 years old and younger. For information, call 908-725-0072.
   Sat., May 10
   Spring clothing drive: Manville High School PTSA will take donations of clothes, bedding, shoes, stuffed animals and accessories between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the high school parking log by the gym. Funds raised will support student scholarships and project graduation.
Wed., May 14
   Slavic dinner: St. Mary Byzantine Catholic Church holds monthly dinner, 4 to 7 p.m., St. Mary Parish Center, 1900 Brooks Blvd. $13 for adults (ages 9 and up) and $5 for children (8 and under). All-you-can-eat pirohi, stuffed cabbage, kielbasa and sauerkraut, mashed potatoes. A surprise entrée will be prepared by St. Mary’s chef John Pagano. Orders to go are available.    School board meeting: Closed session at 7 p.m. in the media center of Alexander Batcho Intermediate school. No action will be taken.
