   Free fireworks at dusk, vendors, music, amusements, free children’s area, and giveaways will be held from 4:30 p.m. to dusk at Joseph Lawrence Park Ward Avenue, Bordetown Township.
Fri., July 4
   A free Fish Derby will be held at Northern Community Park, Bordentown Township with 9 a.m. registration, a 9:30 a.m. presentation, and a 10 a.m. to noon derby. Prizes will be awarded at noon.

   The Bordentown Township Committee meets at 7:30 p.m. at the municipal building.
Tues., July 8
   The Economic Development Advisory Committee of Bordentown Township meets at 7:30 p.m. at the municipal building.
Thurs., July 10
   Rave On from 7 to 9 p.m. at Joseph Lawrence Park Ward Avenue, Bordetown Township.

   Bordentown Elks Lodge 2085 has bingo every Tuesday at 7:15 p.m. Doors open at 5 p.m. There is a progressive jackpot, and food is available for purchase. The lodge has sandwich night every Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. The price is $6 per person. Lodge 2085 hosts a breakfast the third Sunday of every month from 8 to 11 a.m. All proceeds benefit the Special Children’s Committee.
   The Consolidated Fire Association will sponsor Bingo every Wednesday night at St. Mary’s School starting Sept. 18. The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and the games will start at 7 p.m.
   Any parent who suspect his or child may be slow in developing language, social, motor or cognitive skills may be eligible for the Bordentown Regional School District’s preschool disabilities program. Contact the Child Study Team at 609-298-0025, ext. 1135.
   Bordentown Regional School District is offering a full-day, tuition-based early education program for children 4 or older.

   The Dorothea Dix Unitarian Universalist congregation of Bordentown City offers classes for children every Sunday at 10 a.m., 39 Park St. Contact the group via www.ddixuu.com.
   Bordentown Township Seniors plan a trip to Bally’s Casino every third Tuesday of the month. For information call Chuck Klosinski at 609-298-2688 or Carol Panella at 609-298-4235.
   The club meets the first and third Monday of each month at 1 p.m. at the Senior Community Center on Municipal Drive. All township seniors age 55 and older are welcome.
