This multisession class is designed for expectant couples who have a desire to learn deeper methods of relaxation for birthing to help eliminate the fear that causes tension and pain. Parents will learn how to prepare the mind and body for birth through self-hypnosis, comfort measures, breathing techniques and relaxation, plus how the body and baby work as one. Participants should bring an exercise mat and two pillows.

   Entries for “Voices for the Abbott Marshlands, Juried Photography Show” are due July 25. Photographs must be taken at the marsh and will be part of an Abbott Marshlands exhibit at Ellarslie – The City Museum of Trenton; the second venue will be the Tulpehaking Nature Center, Roebling Park, Hamilton.    Historic Kuser Farm Mansion is offering tours now through the end of October.
   Tours are Saturdays and Sundays between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. The last tour starts at 2:15 p.m.
