Florence
   Fernando Roman, 47, of Trenton, was arrested at 10:27 p.m. July 5 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a hypodermic needle and possession of prescription legend drugs without a valid prescription after police stopped his vehicle on Route 130. He was taken to Burlington County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
   John Sprague, 26, of Manahawkin, and Olivia Jefferson, 27, of Browns Mills, were arrested at 7:09 p.m. July 6 on Norman Avenue and charged with criminal trespassing. Mr. Sprague was taken to Burlington County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail and Ms. Jefferson was released on her own recognizance after processing.
   David Jennings Jr., 37, of Florence, was arrested at 7:24 p.m. July 7 at the Nirdip Motel and was charged with creating a disturbance after he allegedly picked up a bat and struck objects, threw a football into traffic and attempted to run pass patterns on Route 130. He was taken to Burlington County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
   David Jennings Jr., 37, of Florence Township, was arrested at 3:48 p.m. July 4 at the Nirdip Motel and was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
   Gary Burton, 51, of Florence Township, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. July 4 on Route 130 and was charged with posession of a weapon for unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a weapon after police investigated an assault and found him in possession of a bat with metal nails sticking out of the barrel. He was taken to Burlington County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.
