New Beginnings Animal Rescue will sponsor its Paws and Stripes patriotic open house and adoption event noon-5 p.m. July 12 at 706-R Cranbury Road, East Brunswick.
The day will feature complimentary refreshments, giveaways and chances to win prizes. Adoption fees will be waived for all adult cats and dogs; the fee to adopt a kitten will be $25.
