More than 11,000 competitors accepted the Rugged Maniac challenge over the weekend at Raceway Park. En route to completing the 3-mile course, participants had to navigate their way around, over and through 25 obstacles, including a 50-foot water slide, fire, rope ladders, tunnels, still rings and walls that needed to be scaled. Awaiting the competitors was a lot of mud and water.
