The North Brunswick Humane Association, in conjunction with People for Animals, will sponsor a workshop on the trap-neuter-return approach to dealing with stray animals from noon-3:30 p.m. July 19 at the Unitarian Society of East Brunswick, 175 Tices Lane, East Brunswick.
