A Collindale, Pennyslvania, man is being held in Burlington Coutny Jail after he was charged with assaulting police officers.
Abdul Muhammad, 39, was arrested about 4:05 p.m. July 17 at Cedar Lane and Route 130 after police had been called on the report of a theft in the area. Police said Mr. Muhammad injured two police officers while they were attempting to arrest him. He was charged with harassment, obstruction, resisting arrest and aggravated assault on police officers. He was taken to police headquarters where he was charged and then taken to the county jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.
Joshua Hartman, 21, and a 17-year-old boy, both of Florence, have been charged with burglary, theft, theft of a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled dangerous substance. The pair were arrested on July 20 on West 5th Street and 10:44 a.m. Police were investigating the theft of a motor vehicle on July 17. Mr. Hartman was charged and taken to the county jail in lieu of bail. The juvenile was released to the custody of his parent.
Quamir K. Stanley, 20, or Princeton was charged with possession of marijuana after being stopped at 1:27 a.m. July 19 on Route 130 north. Mr. Stanley was also charged with speeding, failure to present insurance, CDS in a vehicle and violation of a probationary license. He was processed and released pend a court appearance.
Jonathan Barron, 26, of Bordentown was charged with drunken driving after being stopped on Florence-Columbus Road at 1:12 a.m. July 16. He was also charged with turning right on red, speeding, failure to inspect, failure to show license and registration and reckless driving. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
Brian Coleman, 38, of Florence was arrested on an active $1,500 Municipal Court warrant. He was taken to the county jail in default of bail.
Samuel E. Covington Jr., 31, of Florence was arrested on Alden Avenue at 9:15 p.m. July 20 on a $857 contempt of court warrant. He was processed and taken to the county jail in default of bail.
Krista Brandle, 22, of Florence was arrested on Old York Road at 5:54 p.m. on $250 warrants from Camden and Trenton municipal courts. She was released pending a court appearance.
Charles Todd, 25, of Florence was arrested on Hornberger Avenue at 5:54 p.m. July 18 on a $300 contempt of court warrant from Mount Holly Municipal Court. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
