The Historical Society of Ocean Grove will sponsor a Teddy Bear Tea for children 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Aug. 13 and 20 at The Starving Artist at Days restaurant, 47 Olin St., Ocean Grove.
Children will explore the Centennial Cottage, listen to stories in the Centennial Cottage gardens, participate in arts and crafts activities on the porch of Starving Artist, and enjoy luncheon and ice cream sundaes from Day’s Ice Cream.
Bring a teddy bear for the cutest teddy bear contest. Teddy bear trivia will also be featured.
Tickets are $25 for one adult and one child. The cost is $5 more for each additional child. Reservations must be made in advance by calling the museum at 732-774- 1869.
